pullquote
"Fort Bend County is ripe for a large-scale, authentic, high-end mixed use center, which is exactly why we chose this site for The Grid. With excellent access to other parts of Greater Houston, one of the fastest growing populations, the highest median household income in the region, and a pro-business culture, Fort Bend was the obvious choice for us."
